Woodstock captured the public's heart and imagination with his unique personality and eccentric ways, and with his good friend Snoopy, they formed one of the great duos of recent times. This Exhibition Catalogue and Memory Book shows how Woodstock metamorphosed from average bird to superstar—his life and times as revealed in Peanuts; delectable collectibles featuring Woodstock through four decades; and a behind-the-scenes look at Santa Rosa, California's tribute, the "Summer of Woodstock."

Sugar and Spice samples one hundred years of little girls in the comics by exploring the evolution of strips featuring little girls and the influence of Peanuts on modern-day characters. The exhibition catalogue features a scholarly essay by Guest Curator Lucy Shelton Caswell, illustrations of all exhibited pieces, and brief statements by contemporary women whose lives touched Schulz's. These women—including Billie Jean King, Senator Dianne Feinstein, Peggy Fleming, and Lynn Johnston—share their memories of the little girl comic strip characters who influenced them.

The Schulz Museum's first exhibition of non-cartoon art celebrated the paintings by artist and Schulz's good friend, Tom Everhart. Many people have seen his paintings in other museums and galleries, but it is unique to see them in conjunction with the art that inspired them.
